Remove the unnecessary use of render props in the component composition example.

I agree that in this case arrow function is not really doing anything but the goal really was to show that you can pass function as props that will return...

Use npm-run-all in start NPM script

Not sure why we need `npm-run-all` here because we are not really running multiple scripts. Users can either use `yarn` or `npm` to install/start the app.
