How do I load extensions when using the existing docker image?

"/etc/libsql/math.so.so" (double "so") is weird, like somewhere you have a typo maybe?

I've been thinking about something similar: after a link is posted to Frontpage, show Bluesky threads alongside the frontpage conversation. Essentially retro-actively enable cross posting for those threads.

What happens when you call replaceAsync twice in quick succession? Does `replaceAsync` handle cancellation/discarding of the previous result automatically?

You're right, just checked the implementation and on both ios and android it's queued.

I'm going to pick this up again once I land #278
