I had this proplem to running Craft CMS on Docksal with [MailHog](https://docs.docksal.io/tools/mailhog/), we were able to resolve it by switching transport type from Sendmail to SMTP configured as below:

Also seeing this along with the "your system has run out of application memory" popup. MacBook Pro. 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7. OS 14.0 (23A344). 32 GB 2667 MHz...
