It's possible we no longer need this now #2323 has been merged. We need to check.

We've recently updated to the latest commit for `azure-rest-api-specs` so the immediate issue has gone away, but we still need a way forward to handle this properly.

I tried this while working on an upgrade of **go-vcr** - not only does eliminating duplicate 404s have a minimal effect on most recordings (cutting out one or two requests...

Ideally, a solution to this would also allow us to support #2938 - the only difference is the source of the request to ignore the property.
