Sure. Looking at the code, there doesn't seem to be one obvious place to do it. As far as I can tell, rackup is just passing all of its options...
I took a reasonable stab at it, and it's turning into a bit of a game of whack-a-mole trying to sort through everything. I have a workaround for my problem...
