This will be useful when cold staking comes online, as it will enable an added layer of privacy for the hot staking wallets

I was thinking that this would be useful for generating a new unique address for the ColdWalletHotAddress on a remote server.

Isn't this an issue on Bitcoin or don't they need to worry about an HD wallet - https://bitcoincore.org/en/doc/0.17.0/rpc/wallet/getnewaddress/

When I saw this issue - I just rebooted the node and it resolved.

There doesn't seem to be much else - but, I'll download and post here for further analysis
