Preserve permissions in directory producer

This will be supported in jdeb 2.x but I fear 1.x will have to stay java 1.6 compatible.

Add support of man-page producers.

I hate to see a contribution wasted but I think this probably should be solved differently. We could accept it for 1.x (not eager) ...but then we should really start...

@prapicault we already had such a contribution. maybe check the old issues. The main problem is that 1.x should stay on java6. For 2.x I am more than open for...

@gouessej jdeb will never go maven only. Rather will it support gradle and friends, too. Under the hood it's already abstracted and if anyone wanted to he/she could add support...
