Using j/k view (sometimes) doesn't skip to beginning of article.

Also, this happens when using the up down buttons in the navigation at the top of the site. It is not isolated to j/k shortcuts.

Switching between desktops keeps focus on previous desktop.

Similar/related, when I switch to another virtual desktop and click a link, the link opens in the most recently used browser window instead of the window in the current VD....
