Well, I could fork, recreate the edits I made(they were fairly simple) and make a pull request if you'd like. The only problem is it is N3DS only of course.

It may be worth ensuring that the Wii U and 3DS support RLE for TGA images (iirc the TGA support on Wii U has quirks, but I could be mistaken)
