If possible I'd prefer to use rubocop since that's what we use across all the different CocoaPods projects

This seems to have a failed CI build

I personally like `9.0.0-beta6`

Is this with the same version of cocoapods? Are the steps to take to repro the regression?

`--no-use-podfile` should work

In that example, it doesn’t look like you’re actually passing the flag?

Is it the difference between swift 4.2 and swift 4?
