Are you asking for `wat2wasm` to generate DWARF that maps back to the input wat file? If so, all that would take would be for someone to implement DWARF output...

Leaving aside the fact the DWARF doesn't work for constant expressions, which seems like a separate issue, it sounds like the issue would otherwise be solved by sufficiently motivated person...
