well i was hopping there was a way to set a real auto height that fit to the container or the first positioned relative parent. No luck so far.

Came here for the same reason, to check how reselect compares with fast-memoize. Any results since you posted this?

@alexreardon Are you considering supporting this? By the way, i think __Not supporting wrapped lists__ should be stated in the docs or readme, maybe in the _"Not for everyone"_ section.
