I hope I can remove all XCP code from gallia soon. Hopefully https://pyxcp.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial.html#cli-quick-wins is a better replacement for our incomplete code.

Maybe define the powercycle wait stuff entirely better for gallia 2.0.
