QML syntax highlighting doesn't work with build 3103

Same thing with _PySide_ package installed (while _QML_ package is uninstalled). With 3013 build QML files [looks like this](https://i.imgur.com/XugA8mF.png) (with _PySide_ `xor` _QML_)

I think that this can be closed or somehow linked to [this issue at _QML_ package repo](https://github.com/skozlovf/Sublime-QML/issues/6).
