Deployed my own copy, and can't see anything in the logs. Tried "@org/collaborators" - and there were errors in the logs about YAML, but I think that's a different issue...

Just found the problem - missing permission. I think you need to be able to 'view' the team in order to assign it... I added: Repository/Administration - Read-Only Organisation/Members -...
