The script should be available in both sites github.com/containers/podman and github.com/contaienrs/podman.io

@edsantiago a lot of the fixes for composefs from containers/storage by @giuseppe should be in this PR.

You can break it into two or three includes though. I sometimes just remove a line from the common and then move the line back to the specific man page.

We are concentrating more on podman-py, which should use the new API.

I don't think we are against any of these tools. If we get contributors who want to add PRs to verify the content, then we would definitely consider it.
