I think the easiest implementation would be just always respond on `!wme` with a reminder that you have to follow the bot to receive the message

Why even bother extracting titles if we can just upload the original links to file.io? Looks like a needless extra effort.

@cahe7cb have you tried `v2` tho? I switched to `v2` long time ago and works fine for me. I think we should update the docs already.
