tab页增加destroyOnDeactive属性

这个属性类型为布尔： - true：tab页在去激活之后，自动销毁tab页的内容； - false：tab页的内容不会由于页签的切换而被自动销毁，此为默认值； 注意这个issue必须在https://github.com/rdkmaster/jigsaw/issues/368 实现了之后才启动

使用ngx-perfect-scrollbar,有嵌套滚动条时，在chrome里不能支持，子滚动条滚到底部时，父滚动条可以滚动

tooltip dialog的 demo应该增强

需要在tooltipdialog里放一些可交互的元素，而且最主要是在mouseleave了之后不能直接关掉tooltip，要把功能做出来

rangeTime的gr是小时，grItems的span是0d时，选择前面的时间，后面的时间的小时数，有时是0，有时是23
