I will try to measure it, but usually it's a long pause (more than 10-15 minutes). If it's just a short pause, the problem doesn't happen.

Hello, I've just reported the issue to the Windows team through Feedback Hub. I did some additional tests and it seems the Solo key isn't working at all on 19H1....
