The translation of the installation program is not in Transifex. It is in https://github.com/pyscripter/pyscripter/tree/master/Install/locale. You need to translate three small files and submit a PR.

What is wrong with Run, Command Line Parameters.. ? You could use the same python version with different command line parameters.

Have you looked at projects and run configurations? You can create as many run configurations as you like with custom parameters.

Strange since by default PyScripter 32 bits installs in "C:\Program Files (x86)\PyScripter" which contains a space and no one has complained. Will look into it.
