Automatically translate tag_subtag language strings

Maybe is a good idea to automatically translate `tag_subtag` language strings into `tag-subtag` ones since `Locale.forLanguageString(languageTag)` requires an IETF BCP 47 language tag string. What do you think?

Fix clean-orphaned-bundles deleting valid locales

Change the way prefix `Messages_` and suffix `(?:$1)?.class` because when generating locales such as `lang_COUNTRY` the `clean-orphaned-bundles` deletes them due to how `| cut -d _ ...` pipe behaves.
