Fix clean-orphaned-bundles deleting valid locales

Change the way prefix Messages_ and suffix (?:$1)?.class because when generating locales such as lang_COUNTRY the clean-orphaned-bundles deletes them due to how | cut -d _ ... pipe behaves.
