As in, perhaps a pull request with the extension to allow it to overwrite the firefox-gnome-theme colors and make it look like what you're suggesting.

Is this ever going to be fixed? it makes rounded corners pointless and is one of the reasons i've been considering powertoys run instead

Doesn't actually open the working directory, not sure why. Will investigate further.
