Would be good to add a link to the image in the docs.

Resolved in PR #287, a link to the image is now [included in the README](https://github.com/agendav/agendav/tree/development#docker-image). Thanks for your work on this! :100: :medal_sports:

File `web/public/es5-shim.js` is copied manually from `node_modules` too.

`assets/js/other/jquery-ui.js` is build using the manually run script `assets/js/other/build-query-ui-js.sh` which also *copies* the files from `node_modules`.

Seems to be a duplicate of #259

No plan to do so, put a PR would be welcome.
