AFAIK MangaDEX API is not opened for public auth [doc](https://api.mangadex.org/docs/02-authentication/#oauth-and-mangadex) But i think i will implement login feature as MangaDEX will open ability to create public clients

And about saving manga(w/o download) - many people asking for this already, so when find time, gonna do it
