Use memory buffers instead of temporary disk files to pass input to flex scanners and bison parser

Speed is mostly irrelevant, since it is fast enough even with files. But reading input from memory would make building test cases for scanner and parser much easier.

Autodetect would be awesome, but I too don't know how to do it. Right now I don't even know what a phase is.

What is the command-line for eqn2jed?

Huh! It works for me too: `eqn2jed.exe sbcms.eqn`, but it didn't when I tried first time. I must have had a typo somewhere. You don't have to tell anyone where...
