We have `excludedTest` in save.toml and it expects a full path from root. can be changed to relative path\name after implementation of this issue

Suggestion to try to use adoc (https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor/blob/main/README.adoc), @0x6675636b796f75676974687562 suggested it as a successor of Markdown. Github supports it
