In Swiftkey works somehow but initalizes slow and doesn't insert recognized text into the field, not a great user experience.

Too small buffer size in Android demo

Here you use minimal buffer size, sometimes it can be 80 ms. If recognizer is slow and can't manage in 80 ms samples can get lost and accuracy will degrade....

Fixes protocol handling. Smallest frame size is 6 for ping frames.

If server sends ping frames which are just 6 bytes current implementation aborts and closes connection since it expects the frame to be at least 9 bytes.

Import Vosk into ROS distribution

I created a pull request https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/31148 but it seems we need to make sure we are packaged on Debian/Ubuntu first
