"Wrong Link" error in "Claim your free game rental email"

I get the error in both Outlook desktop client and Outlook web mail (in Internet Explorer). I just tried using Outlook web mail in Chrome and it works. IE issue?

probe "https://www.microsoft.com/" failed with "Status: 0"

I ran into this issue today for the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/download-app. I'm using `oxsecurity/megalinter-documentation:v7.4.0`.
