It should be a feature to publish an identification, preferably the git commit hash, to all publish variants to allow an external document review.

@jacebrowning Do we remove the commit + push too? I believe that commit is necessary but a push should always be on the users initiative.

I agree mostly with @tangoalx but I would simply have a list of items to create the outline and levels. Leave all content in each individual file to keep traceability....
