I'm hitting it as well, this needs to be resolved asap.

This issue happens with ANTHROPIC as well in --chat mode.

What I mean by blocking goose is that no matter what I type, the same message repeats itself and the only way to get goose working again is to quit...

More info: I believe the issue happens when the assistant doesn't get a response from the LLM as this entry in the chat history seems to always appear just before...
