Git tag [`v0.9.0`](https://github.com/csi-addons/kubernetes-csi-addons/blob/v0.9.0/deploy/controller/setup-controller.yaml#L83) is using the correct image tag but [`v0.9.1`](https://github.com/csi-addons/kubernetes-csi-addons/blob/v0.9.1/deploy/controller/setup-controller.yaml#L83) is not (yet)
