We are experiencing the same problem with far less characters about 500 is enough. But it did work with earlier versions.

Hey @Azaretdodo, Did you try removing freshclam.log ? Which user are you running with? Did you create a group for clamav? Could you `cat /var/log/freshclam.log`? Does is exists?

It seems that the file(s) are moved to early before scan of clamonacc is finished. How does the copy/movement routine work?

I agree with @dasMulli Clamav itself should run as an extra container and you may want to use it via a proxy. What is your usecase?
