Live Share commands not found on fresh installs

serverless-offline-sqs: unable to use output from queue as an environment variable

To solve this problem install this [plugin](https://github.com/jeremydaly/serverless-cloudside-plugin). As @matthewelwell pointed, this error doesn't happen on production environment and this plugin solves this problem locally. ### Where i found the solution?...
