Huge +1 from me on this change. Also agree with everything Ken said - I think 2 weeks is a fair time limit if you want your PR merged.

According to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48467581/ha-proxy-support-for-http-2-backend-servers-in-http-mode, HAproxy 1.8 doesn't support HTTP2 on the backend. We would welcome patches to upgrade to 1.9 and support it though !

We are moving this repo to https://github.com/dcos-labs/letsencrypt-dcos, and I'd like to get authorization options into the code base.

Certbot has gone through many revisions since this issue, the latest code for this project has now moved to https://github.com/dcos-labs/letsencrypt-dcos, which includes latest certbot. Is this issue now fixed ?...
