I think this is a great idea. Just thinking through how to incorporate that into the UI. It will likely need a slight rework or maybe a toggle to show/hide.

I wasn't able to get this in for 2.0, but will try to take another stab at this for 2.1.

Revisr actually runs `git remote update --prune` before running `git branch -r`. According to the docs, `git remote update --prune` should be the equivalent of fetching from all remotes, or...

Good point. I'm thinking this will make it into 2.1- it will help with some improvements to batch processing that will be coming soon.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely look into adding a filter for changing the directory for the next release.
