I don't think https://github.com/dooboolab/react-native-iap/pull/1910 addressed the issue as this is to do with thread safety, not memory leaks. Keeping this re-opened for now.

@whatdtech do you mind creating a PR if haven't done so already?

Confirmed that this is still broken in 6.5.0. @oblador could you take a look at this? Seems like a pretty serious issue.
