permutations(ofCount:) is slow in a debuggable environment

Yep, noticed the combinations thing (it's been sooooo long since my math degree...) after I had hit the problem, did the loops, and moved on before writing the issue %-)

Demo Projects won't build for iPhone 11 Pro: The linked framework 'SpotifyiOS.framework' is missing one or more architectures required by this target: arm64.

@konradgalczynski07 Thank you so much, that was the key. I wonder if this SDK will be dropped like all the prior SDKs - hasn't seemed to be getting much love...

Used to be able to auth with player, now no longer can.

awesome! I'll go take a look and see if that fixes it for me. (and I wonder if this new restriction was communicated somewhere...)
