FYI: On current Windows 10, the last few executables archived here trigger my Windows Defender with a report of "Trojan:Win32/Tiggre!plock" (category Severe, so Defender insists on quarantine). Tried 1.8.0.46, 1.8.0.44,...

and, me too (with multiple SDK 6 versions installed) Looks like this utility is essentially abandoned. Would be nice if this page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/porting/ stopped pointing people at it? Same error...

Priority: Not only cutting costs, but refreshing VM state to recover from errors or force-update things like DNS. Cluster restart is supported by OpenShift for every platform other than Azure-integration....
