Still happening on cli 13.3.6

Code is being updated though, but yeah... 3 of my proofs are failing, despite being where they are supposed to be ;) For example https://github.com/keybase/client/pull/26904

I'm speculating, but both Twitter and Reddit have become pretty hostile to API users, so I'm guessing that's a reason why those are failing, though Facebook is failing too.
