Had the same error with Drupal 9.2.2 and Console 1.9.7, using `drupal generate:module`. Seems like Drupal Console is just broken until this issue is fixed.

Another useful reference to consider is the [Schema.org Blueprints module](https://www.drupal.org/project/schemadotorg), which by design builds content models to align with standards and therefore optimized for search indexing.

I believe the issue was the field values in the demo content. I added a commit to convert them.

I added a commit and then tested the result on a fresh install. The updated recipe worked without issue for me.
