"new SHA256Managed()" isn't used anywhere in the library; only SHA256.Create() - what does it return on mono?

Uploaded as https://www.nuget.org/packages/Lidgren.Network/1.0.2 - I'm a nuget newbie, so feedback if there's some way you would like the package changed.

I don't quite follow you. Using NetPeerConfiguration.Port you can configure the port that a peer (for example; a server) is listening to.

I'm not aware of such an issue currently. Can you describe your problem more thoroughly?

I've never tested the library on IOS; so please post back any fixes and changes necessary you find.

That sounds like a problem with the llvm optimizations being done. If you could narrow it down what is not working after optimizations it would be great.
