Cannot Build OpenEmu on macOS 14 due to Mupen64Plus Error

Spek crashes on opening in MacOS Sierra 10.12 Beta

@briden1 you can run the windows version with [Wine](https://www.winehq.org/) or [Crossover](https://www.codeweavers.com/products/crossover-mac). Loads pretty fast, is very responsive, and integrates surprisingly well (e.x., drag-n-drop from iTunes).
