We should add a `CHANGELOG.md` to the project in order to track major/breaking changes after 1.0

The [stylistic preset](https://github.com/ember-template-lint/ember-template-lint#presets) has some extra rules although we might want to investigate [ember-template-lint-plugin-prettier](https://github.com/ember-template-lint/ember-template-lint-plugin-prettier) (still experimental)
