feature request: 24-bit color support

I've listened https://clfreaks.org/post/167412389459/16-tenkawamura-freaks-3 today and it seems @cxxxr to have interest to support 24-bit color. FYI, see https://gist.github.com/XVilka/8346728 . It seems ncurse support this since 6.0-20180121.

Conform to XDG Base Directory Specification

I mean "not selectable". Config dir should be `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/lem`, not `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/lem` "and" `$HOME/.lem`.
