I'll review on LLVM 15.0.5. I have a working recipe for it.

Testing as local HTTP proxy (127.0.0.1) vs remote. Based on test results (2 failed/296 passed/4986 deselected) - not a major/minor operational issue. Migrate to python 3.9.

This is fixed for the current Paladin 2.8~git build submitted for Haiku.
