Thank you! I have upgraded `eslint-plugin-node` to 5.2.1 and the tests are passing. @mysticatea what's your opinion of enabling these rules in `standard` and do you have any suggested config?

As a work-around, one can restore a VM and ignore all unwanted VDIs, then detach the VDIs and destroy the VM.

Yes, it's due to this issue. It's a display only issue but we'll keep this in mind.
