I got this issue when not passing a dataset of type torchvision.datasets.ImageFolder to the constructor for ImbalancedDatasetSampler

Same issue for BarChart

Fixed by downgrading to 3.0.3

Any update on this? As mentioned, v3 uses python 2.7, which is widely no longer used. It would be far better to embed v4 than v3.
