Some optimizations went into this, could you try the latest version, maybe wait for the next .NET 8 preview to come out and try if it's better there?

Removing BlazorWebView for now to unblock this PR. It's being decided where we want to keep the docs for BlazorWebView.

I feel this is far from something a UI framework should do. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be much traction/interest here. I will close this one for now, let's revisit...
