Hmm very true. I think we also need [conan](https://conan.io) support.
What you want is Unicode characters that look right and are valid in C++ identifiers. Something like `﹤❗––` and `––﹥`.
Hmm that is indeed bothersome... Maybe HTML needs more Unicode support? Or we could use Polymer... Gotta think about this.
